Melbourne Airport offers a wide range of passenger services designed to improve comfort, efficiency, and overall travel experience. Facilities are distributed across all terminals, with the highest concentration of services located in Terminal 2 (International).

Travellers will find everything from basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and information desks to premium lounges, dining options, and retail stores.

Terminal 2 (International) offers the widest range of services, dining and shopping options. If you have time, it is the best area to explore.

Essential Passenger Services

Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the airport. Connect to "Airport Free Wi-Fi" to access the network.

Information Centre: Located on the ground floor of Terminal 2 near International Arrivals. Provides tourist information, maps, and assistance. Open daily from 7:00 to midnight.

Lost Property: Available at Terminal 2 (ground floor) for items lost in T2, T3 and T4. Terminal 1 has a separate service.

Luggage Storage: Operated by Smartcarte, located on the ground floor of Terminal 2.

Medical Services: Melbourne Airport Health Centre is located in Terminal 1 next to the pharmacy. Open weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00.

Prayer Rooms: Multi-denominational prayer rooms are available 24/7 in Terminal 2 and between Terminals 2 and 3.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside terminal buildings.

If you lose an item, contact the airport as soon as possible. Items are processed quickly and early reporting increases recovery chances.
