Essential Passenger Services

Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the airport. Connect to "Airport Free Wi-Fi" to access the network.

Information Centre: Located on the ground floor of Terminal 2 near International Arrivals. Provides tourist information, maps, and assistance. Open daily from 7:00 to midnight.

Lost Property: Available at Terminal 2 (ground floor) for items lost in T2, T3 and T4. Terminal 1 has a separate service.

Luggage Storage: Operated by Smartcarte, located on the ground floor of Terminal 2.

Prayer Rooms: Multi-denominational prayer rooms are available 24/7 in Terminal 2 and between Terminals 2 and 3.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside terminal buildings.
